Resource Usage Limits

You shall not use excessive system resources - as defined by AKIS. Any violations may result in us having to take corrective action in order maintain server stability - by killing processes, scripts, etc causing the problem or by the temporary suspension of your hosting account.

System resource limits are intended for runaway scripts, processes requiring large CPU and memory requirements from slowing down the server and causing a drop in performance.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to these limits at our sole discretion. If we have to take corrective action you shall not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid in advance due to breaching AKIS terms & conditions.
